Avalokiteshvara Blessing and Empowerment Ceremony

Avalokiteshvara is the Bodhisattva of Boundless Compassion in Mahayana Buddhism. He vows to forego Buddhahood to liberate all beings from suffering. He is heavily venerated across Asia, manifesting as Guanyin in China and Chenrezig in Tibet.
